Train the Trainer

The Agency Trainer/Tester program is a five day class designed to prepare experienced X-ray operators to develop, implement, and administer an internal training program.  This course includes modules on developing training plans, conducting training, developing X-ray images for classroom use, and developing testing protocols for administrative and penetration testing.  

 

Students who receive this training must pass a written examination and skills test.  They will also have to pass a graded teaching exercise.  All tests must be passed with a minimum score of 80%.  A DSA Training Kit (MSK-1000) is included with this training.

 

Students who complete the training will be certified for three years as an internal instructor for your organization.  This certification is non-transferable to other organizations.

Students will be given a pre-test to assess their skills.  Each student will be required to pass a written examination, a hands-on test on an X-ray machine, and a graded teaching assignment.  Students who successfully complete the graded requirements will be certified as instructors for a period of three years and receive a certificate.  Each student will be given a binder will all the required materials.  This class is limited to five students.
